Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga at the Open Way Mindfulness Center. This class develops healthy body awareness and alignment. It is a deeply relaxing way of practicing yoga.

Classes are Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in. Classes are taught by donation.

Tai Chi

Intro to Tai Chi Gung

4-class series @ Open Way

Wednesdays 10:00-11:00am: November 9th, 16th & 30th and December 7th

$50 for whole series; drop-ins welcome!

Tai Chi Gung is a meditative martial art, the practice of which brings about mental calm and clarity as well as in aiding in stress management, balance, and overall strengthening.
