Intro to Tai Chi Gung

Tai Chi Gung is a meditative martial art, the practice of which brings about mental calm and clarity as well as in aiding in stress management, balance, and overall strengthening. MBSR, Orientation

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an in-depth 8 week course in the techniques of mindfulness meditation.

This is a group format with an emphasis on instructor-led in class practices, discussion and establishing a personal meditation practice at home. Course curriculum includes awareness of the body and breath, stress physiology and reactivity, mindful movement (yoga and qi gong), mindfulness of thoughts and emotions, self compassion and kindness practices, mindful communication exercises and more.
