Meets every Monday night, 7:30-8:45pm
at the Open Way Mindfulness Center, 702 Brooks

Format: 20 minutes of sitting meditation followed by walking meditation, a reading, sharing time and ending with a circle for gratitude & healing.

Missoula Vipassana Sangha
In the Theravadan Tradition
Meets most Monday nights (except holidays), 7:00-8:30pm at 205 E. Kent Ave. (Miriam's home)

Format: Brief silent meditation followed by the listening or watching of a dharma talk, another sitting period for 30-40 minutes, then a sharing of tea and discussion.

Open Way Sangha

Meets every Tuesday night, doors open at 6:30, meeting is from 7:00-9:00pm
at the Open Way Mindfulness Center, 702 Brooks

Format: Two periods of sitting meditation, with walking meditation in between, followed by a monthly program rotation of –– Dharma Talk, Sutra Service, Mindfulness Training Recitation, and  Tea Ceremony, each bridging into open discussion as the last activity of the evening.
Other Info: Open Way is served by one Lineage Holding Dharma Teacher, Rowan Conrad, along with 3 others with Buddhist ordinations.  Open Way also hosts two local retreats a year along with days of mindfulness.
