$40.00, plus teacher dana request.

If you are interested in lodging at FLBC and extending your visit through Sunday afternoon, consider the Mindfulness Weekend. When registering, clarify which option you are interested in, Option 1, Day of Mindfulness or Option 2, Mindfulness Weekend.

Full Mindfulness Weekend (Option 2)
Fri. eve., Dec. 7th  through Sun., Dec. 9th.
Lodging and Meals included.
Cost $160.00, plus teacher dana request.
 
 
Be Still and Heal. Join us in quieting our bodies and stilling the mind during this winter season. This year, we are presenting two options, A Day of Mindfulness or A Weekend Retreat.

Mindfulness Practices:  Give yourself the gift of mindfulness with practices of silence, sitting and walking meditation, deep listening, deep relaxation, and more.

Dharma Teacher Dana (donation):  By tradition Dharma Teachers do not charge for their services.  Please consider a donation to our teacher, Barbara Newell. Your generosity is appreciated, but not expected. For a full weekend $100.00 is suggested.

Email Janelle at  OWretreats@gmail.comWhen registering - state which option you are choosing (Option 1, Day of Mindfulness or Option 2, Full Mindfulness Weekend), if you would like to carpool, whether you are requesting scholarship assistance, and food allergies (gluten or dairy). Confirmation will be sent following registration and payment.

What to Bring:

Seating:  Chairs are available.  Bring a cushion and pad for floor seating, if desired.


Clothing: Wear layers to maintain your comfort level in regards to temperature. We will offer Outdoor Walking Meditation (coats and boots) and Touching the Earth (bring a blanket).

What to Bring:
Lodging:  The cabins are heated. Bring sheets, pillow, blanket, toiletries, and a towel.  

Other Items:  Everything on the Day of Mindfulness list (cushion and pad, layers of clothing), plus bring a flashlight and an alarm clock.
